I was initially very impressed by the hotel. The room looked great, the room was much bigger and it was not much more expensive than the Motel 6 I stayed at on my last trip. With that being my most recent experience this room was beyond my wildest dreams. However, that night as I was walking out of the bathroom a chill went down my spine as I realized the carpet I was stepping onto was cold and wet. The next day I went to the front desk and told them about it and they had someone fix the air conditioning almost immediately but there was nothing they could really do about the wet spot in the carpet. Also, something that was slightly annoying was the fact that as a tried to turn the faucet off for the sink if I pushed it too far it would go from off back to on again. It was frustrating because I had to keep pushing it back and forth to reach the perfect middle in order to get the water to turn off.

Disliked: Air conditioning was leaking and faucet turned on in 2 directions.

Liked: Spacious suite, comfortable for 4-5 people. Bed was comfy. Thick curtains are good. Hotel staff was nice. 2 sinks/mirrors to get ready in front of.
Disliked: Check in was an hour later (3pm instead of 2pm) than a staff member had told me I could check in, days prior.. so had to wait in the lobby. Room reeked of cigarette smoke. Shower tub and shower head are old, have to be replaced. No big towels were given for showering, had to go ask for them. Pillows were VERY flat. Old microwave.
