Disliked: Staff barely acknowledged me on arrival, like a hassle to check me in. It was difficult to figure out where the room was as lifts for different areas but a large hotel. Broken lock on bathroom door

Liked: I love the staff at the hotel, especially Aya. She was very nice and kind to me and helped me so much in finding my way around Holland. Always greeted me with a smile and called me by my name. Super employee who deserves a pay raise.
Disliked: First room was always cold. Don't know the exact temperature of the room but had to get a room change because the room heater wouldn't heat the room.
