We made our reservations in advance online and when we arrived, the room was ready and the check in process was fast. The hotel grounds and room were very clean. Our overall stay was excellent. The hotel was very quiet and our sleep was not disturbed like it normally is at a lot of hotels. We will definitely stay here again!

Disliked: I didn’t get the room that I booked.It was very dirty and suspicious. My bed was not made so I don’t believe the sheets were clean.Soo many stains on the sofa bed. Previously used hygienics still in the room. Toilet barely flushedDoors to the room were not super secureToo much moisture throughout the building. I definitely overpaid for no quality whatsoever. I want to forget about it as soon as possible

Disliked: The shower and sink water was slow to drain so we stood in filth up to out ankles to shower and brushing our teeth was a hassle because the sink just wouldn’t drain (pics are 15-20 minutes after using) . Outdated appliances. The fridge didn’t get very cold. The rooms were not very nice and there was an old smell to the room upon arriving. The carpet was nasty. There wasn’t many options for breakfast. The walk from our room to the lobby was too far and our key cards stopped working multiple time during the one day we had there so we got locked out of our rooms which was a huge inconvenience.
