Disliked: There was a change in hotel without even letting me know directly. I was traveling with an elderly colleague and we booked for breakfast. This was NOT included or available in other hotel. Extremely disappointed

Liked: Friendly staff, awesome breakfast 🥐
Disliked: Neighborhood corner store was definitely a experience! ( Saw 2 fights and I just wanted some Vanilla Milk and snack cakes ).

Good one when you are...

Liked: Generally nothing. Due to the situation that happened we are not able to say anything positive.
Disliked: Drug diler knocking at our door at 3 am was unexpected and offer was dissapointing. It happened twice and ended with security / police intervation. Queens is not a good area too.

Rude staff

Liked: The location is great as far as transportation is concerned. The metro is nearby. But the locality is a matter of concern.
Disliked: The staff members. Their attitude and rudeness. This type of non-professional approach is really disappointing in the hospitality industry.
