Best Western Patriots Point

Great hotel. Room was comfortable and clean. Staff was knowledgeable and polite. I would recommend.

Liked: The lobby staff. They were very accommodating and polite.
Disliked: I have no complaints.

Liked: LOVE the location and the staff is always so friendly! The pool was always so nice and never crowded. The employees are the nicest people and always eager to accommodate whatever your needs are. It's nice to have breakfast just downstairs.
Disliked: The pool wasn't as clean as it usually has been when we've stayed in the past, but it wasn't horrible.

Disliked: We stayed at Best Western Patriots Point every year we went on vacation and used to love it. It is now under new owner/management and the place is gone downhill. The hallways had strong smoke smell ( it’s supposed to be no smoking) the bathrooms were not cleaned properly and had stains. The coffee maker was missing the tray to put your coffee powder. We spent more time out to avoid being in the room. I will not stay there again.
