Lovely weekend staying at Parkmore.

Liked: Perfect stay at the hotel, loved the leisure facilities and location. Room was great, good size and decent facilities too (although we didn’t get a hair dryer as advertised). We didn’t use the restaurant facilities but that was down to us having plans with friends in Yarm for most meal times. Thanks again.
Disliked: There was some slight decor issues both in our room and in the hotel, perhaps best described as wear and tear… some areas could do with a freshen up.

Enjoyable stay as I was...

Liked: Good location and comfortable room.
Disliked: I found the taps in bath almost impossible to work also cold tap on basin

Liked: We had a lovely night away . The room 135 could do with a lick of paint . Would have been nice to be in the refurbished part .
Disliked: Room 135 was in need of a paint

Liked: No positives unfortunately.
Disliked: Upon arrival, the receptionist was very abrupt and did not wish to help at all. We were informed the children were unable to go into the Leisure Facilities after 6pm - this is not stated anywhere on the website and was the main reason we booked. Breakfast - half the menu was unavailable and the food was of poor quality, extremely overcooked. Upon checkout the staff were not helpful, nor were they interested in our feedback!
