OK for a short stay...

Liked: The staff were very helpful. There is good access to Hyde Park, the tube network, restaurants and shopping. It is very quiet. The bedding and towels were of good quality.
Disliked: Access to our room was full of twists and turns, slopes, doors and stairs which might have been difficult with a large suitcase or for the less able. The room itself was very small but ok for a short visit if you’re out for most of the day. It was too warm for us but we were told that the temperature could not be reduced and we could not open the windows. We reported one or two problems with the bathroom which will hopefully be sorted. Beware of the hot radiator as you exit the shower!

Great for a night stay

Liked: Beautiful comfy and tidy rooms
Disliked: Room was abit Muggy and hot, had to open the window to get some airflow as no AC

Liked: Beds were comfortable and breakfast was ok but not worth of money spent
Disliked: First night our room was located on a mews side, under the garage. There were garbage bins next to our windows that were emptied during that night. Luckily we were transferred into upper floor on the next day. I felt that everything was a bit broken. Inside pictures of the hotel do not match the hotel overall feeling at all.
