Disliked: Noise from the other bedrooms, you can hear almost everything

Covenient, great location to explore...

Liked: Friendly staff and great location next to the HydePark and the central line
Disliked: Old facilities, shower with low pressure, not barrier-free. Short stair at the entrance make it difficult to travel with a stroller.

Liked: Location good for Hyde Park, Paddington station and West End generally. Breakfast good with plenty of choice.
Disliked: Room had a wooden panel with a door connecting to adjoining room. You could hear people talking in the next room. Walls too thin to keep out noise, even when people just talking normally. Could not get safe to lock

Should have stayed somewhere else.

Disliked: No hot water… worn out beds with the wrong size mattress topper on top so you have to fight rolling off the bed all night.We had to wait 3extra hours to check in because they gave someone else a late checkout.Staff over charged for services we didn’t even use.
