Liked: Amazing young Asian lady at reception and worker called bassem- showed me where my room was and had amazing communication and welcoming skills.
Disliked: Some sort of alarm went off at 5am.Too much banging throughout late night making sleep very uncomfortable and disturbing.Room - didn’t meet satisfaction

Disliked: There was no heating even though rang and asked twice No Netflix was not working for the stay couldn’t even connect my phone to the tv The body was and conditioner was not filled in the bathroom rang down for conditioner took staff and hour to replace it after they said they didn’t do conditioner but that time I had already had a bath
