Liked: It was a pleasant place, we came with a family but for business purposes. We had a very spacious family room.
Disliked: We had a family room for 3, but not enough chairs to sit and no table.

Liked: Spa is very good with two pools . All gym equipment worked and staff good
Disliked: Bathroom - risk of injury as it is a very slippery floor and bath when wet - no hand rails or non slip surface

Liked: Really nice Spa separate to the hotel just a short walk from it worth it.
Disliked: Shower head could not attach to wall bracket pressure and made it splash everywhere and not secure, rooms are quite small corridor even smaller also very noisy floorboards all over thankfully I was upstairs so could just about bare it.I contacted the receptionist in regards to cancelling a night on the room to hopefully be refunded, she didn't seem to know if possible and said she contact me next day once spoken to the manager at 10am she never bothered which is a shame we would of come again as working in area long-term and it's nearby but will seek alternative accommodations now.

Liked: Really comfy bed and pillows, also very quiet room too, and loved the country club gym and pool facilities. The breakfast was excellent too.
Disliked: nothing, loved it all
