Our three night stay was...

Liked: Staff was friendly. Manager was not willing to accommodate.
Disliked: Asked for an accessible room for my son with special needs and my sister in a wheelchair. The only thing accessible was a sign with a button at the door labeling the room accessible!

Not good Best Western value.

Liked: The staff is amazing, accommodating and involved. The bathroom in room 116 smells of standing water. The location makes it very noisy,: it's right next to the 111. Then, the hotel was being painted so the machinery started humming at 0700am.
Disliked: The smell in the bathroom.
