Liked: NOT A BW PLUS -location was great, nice indoor pool but needs towels replenished and starting to show wear
Disliked: NOT A BW PLUS hotel needs total redo, beds and furniture are old, some towels are ripped, housekeeping is non existent, breakfast is bare and tasteless and that's only if you get there early and there's anything left, pool is nice but no towels ever

Location was good and for...

Liked: Room was okay, breakfast was not good. But for the cost it was okay. Kinda expected a little more from a Best Western.

Very disappointed this time.

Disliked: Room was not clean very well. Food was behind beds. Beds were raggedy. Bathroom was not clean good. Toilet was lifting up. Rules need to be applied to 16 and older only. Toddlers and little kids were jumping and playing in the hot tubs when adults were in. A kid did #2 in the pool floor. Staff walked and never cleaned it. No towels were available at pool area. Breakfast was not what I was used to receiving from here. Very limited.

Liked: Nothing really experience was horrible
Disliked: Ran out of food at breakfast, linen staff quit so which meant spent the day with no towels or a clean room. Keys kept on not working, wasn’t just my room many people were complaining about it. All night you heard the pipes in the wall whenever someone used the toilet or shower.

Liked: 1st let me just say, Madison at the front desk is awesome. She made the check in process easy; upon arrival, my booking (reservation) was not showing in their system, but she was able to locate my booking and get my family and i checked in. Madison's personality is fitting for front desk! Keep up the great work Madison.2nd, the rooms were a decent size. The beds, although on the smaller size, were very comfortable. The bathroom was big enough to fit 2 people in comfortably, and the shower (hot water and pressure) was a plus, however the shower curtain is on the short side, so while showering, water gets all over the floor.3rd, breakfast was pleasant every morning, not too many options to choose from, but still satisfying.4th, the indoor heated pool and hot tub was very relaxing .... all in all, we enjoyed our stay and would return. The hotel overall look is a little outdated, but nonetheless still comfortable.
Disliked: 1 thing that I was VERY bothered by was Housekeeping, they were very rude. My husband and I would walk past and say good morning, there was no response back at all. We had asked 1 housekeeper for extra trash bags for our room, she said told us she didn't have any and just walked away from us; when clearly she did infact have some on her cart. They were very UNPROFESSIONAL and RUDE.
