rude front desk associate

Liked: It was clean, but we were told they were turning the facility into a drug rehab so there was no breakfast snacks available and the front desk associate was rude.
Disliked: The front desk guy was very sarcastic and rude. He stated they were turning the property into a drug rehab facility. There were no extra amenities. The TV was not even hooked up in our room, when we called, a nice man came to help fix the TV.

Liked: Staff was nice location was good
Disliked: The pool was drained so no swimming but they did have a lot of areas to sit and eat or hangout outside the pool area the bed was hard wasn't very much give I found a few stains on the fitted sheet and 1 of the pillows had a oily feel to it cracks in the wall in the bathroom near the door saw a skinny pincher bug go back in it and there were 2 mosquitoes in the shower shower was wet when I arrived ended up leaving in the middle of the night around 2am just couldn't sleep in that bed

Liked: Not much!
Disliked: We were given the handicapped room, we are not. Half the hotel room was a bathroom. It was difficult to move around the bed due to the room being small. We requested a extra pillow and was told that they do not give extra pillows. The mattress was very uncomfortable. No breakfast was available due to “less than 10 rooms booked”.

This hotel was the best...

Liked: The property was very cozy! Excellent AC and heater, tv worked great. Shower was huge and very nice. Bed was so soft and comfortable. Drawers and closet fit all of our clothes perfectly. The man who worked at the desk was so sweet and told us all about the history of the place. Breakfast was great! Id stay here again everytime i go to morro bay!!
