Best Western Crown Inn & Suites

Liked: This hotel came up as a one star hotel when I booked it but it was way nicer than that. The staff was great; the room was clean; beds were comfortable; the breakfast in the morning was very good. I would stay there again if I am ever in Batavia, NY.

Disliked: The property said it had a hot tub but it wasn’t there! The rooms we stayed in they didn’t clean the sheets and the rooms, smelled muggy and nasty. A/c didn’t work in both rooms.

Disliked: The price, the hot tub was filled in with concrete and pool filter was not running. All kinds of hair everywhere.

Disliked: I needed cash to tip the room cleaners and they could not take my credit card to give me cash. So I could not tip the cleaning staff.
