Will never go back.
Liked: Breakfast was poor, my wife has to eat gluten free and was unable to have the yogurt , fruit etc because it had been placed in open bowls immediately beside the toaster for some reason which it meant it was covered with breadcrumbs and hence contaminated and unsuitable for those unable to eat gluten. I pointed this out to staff but they seemed unconcerned and uninterested. Also to access the rooms there are seemingly endless sets of stairs making it impossible for those with disabilities as no lifts are available.

Liked: The properly had a swimming pool and sauna which is the reason I booked the hotel but unfortunately didn’t get to experience it .And breakfast was nice
Disliked: The gym and sauna should have been open till 8-9pm and I purposefully booked the in hotel massage to finish into for me to have a ten minute sauna before going to my room.I got to the leisure centre at 7.30 and was told it was now closed, when I queried this he told me that 7.15 is the last entry to the leisure club. This was really unsatisfactory and if I had known this wouldn’t have booked this hotel. Not only this bit when asking to book a table in the restaurant I was swiftly told that there is no chance as it’s totally full- whilst waving around the restaurant booking form! I was a little taken back as I wasn’t given any alternatives and was quickly ignored. I went to the bar and asked do they by any chance serve food and I was given the menu which I chose soup and sandwich. This was near 6 pm . The lady that served me this was nice and polite. Later on after my treatment after the leisure club didn’t let me use it I went back to the bar hoping to maybe have a small bite to eat before I retired early to bed. I was laughed at when I asked and told we stop doing bat food before 6 these days ! Once again no other recommendation or alternative given. The place was very busy with “all inclusive package” guests which seem to take priority over everything else and the hotel looks rather flustered with the guests. My Tv also didn’t work, I went to reception to tell them with the remote control and batteries were changed but still no tv. As I had been to reception multiple times now and had no real help I didn’t venture there again and I was tempted at this point to leave the hotel - mainly due to poor customer service and lack of hospitality. I won’t stay here again and upset with the service really as it could have been a nice stay.
