It was good for one...

Liked: Appearance was nice
Disliked: The ac was pretend, it barely pushed out any cold air. We used a personal fan that we travel with. Receptionist offered to move us, but my husband didn’t feel it was any better. I really hate to complain, but if I don’t tell someone who could make a difference, then why complain at all. We stayed at the Best Western in Denver last year and it truly was so very nice, exceptional.

Liked: Room was clean. Breakfast was very good.
Disliked: First, we were supposed to have room with a walk-in shower. The air conditioner didn't work had to move.
