Disliked: Water in the taps ran hot even when on cold. Real issue in the middle of the night when needed water.

Pandemic time

Liked: Good location for lovely villages and to major roads
Disliked: Not the fault of the staff but because of the pandemic the menu for dinner was limited. The food was just ok so the second I went out to eat in a nearby excellent village pub. The hotel lacked staff numbers but I understood why.

Liked: I took pictures First thing I do is check under the duvet and bedsheets. Black long hair under the bedsheets. So bedsheets not changed or cleaned at all. I'd love to show you the photos. Wasn't impressed.
Disliked: Too much to mention.

Efficient and friendly staff, clean...

Liked: The room was clean and tidy with a clean bathroom and tea and coffee making facilities. The staff on reception were very helpful and welcoming. The location was perfect for where I was working the next day.
Disliked: I had mentioned I would be there very late. When I got there the room was freezing due to the window being left open (I assume after cleaning). I couldn't figure out how to heat the room so had to use both blankets from the beds.
