I enjoyed staying there. The girl at the front desk was very helpful and knowledgeable of the area. She gave me great directions to the Regency Ballroom. The room was clean, the bed was comfy. Other than the fact that its incredibly noisy on Post Street and I had to keep the windows open to get air circulating, it was an awesome visit. I will be back next visit to San Francisco.

Liked: Clean rooms; affordable; helpful staff.
Disliked: No hairdryer and no in-room coffee pot/tea pot.

Liked: Comfy bed and the staff were very pleasant and helpful. Large room and nice to have a small kitchen in there - we didn?t use it but a nice touch.
Disliked: Sheets had marks on them. Beds weren?t made up properly for the second night. Empty shampoo bottles left in the shower. Broken window blind. Leave plenty of time to get your car from valet - took 45 minutes. Very noisy room from the street (room 404)

A Small hotel very cosy...

Liked: The fact that it?s a historic building makes it extra special and loved the original decor .Most of the staff were super helpful and the property was within a short walk away from the Theatres and shops
Disliked: Due to the hotel being old the rooms weren?t very soundproof and at times noisy from outside too
