Liked: We were in town for a church conference. This location was only 7 minutes from the convention.
Disliked: 1. One hot cup for 2 people.2. Only 1 trash can,3. No ice available on site & a very small ice tray in fridge.4. No extra grab bars in bathroom5. No anti-slip pad in shower.

Exceptional

Liked: Stayed in a room in the back section, didn't hear any morning traffic. Kind and attentive staff.Very convenient.

Liked: Location near work, easy to navigate to. Clean linens. USB charger in room. Liked that the staff used the booking.com messaging app to discreetly check in with me throughout my stay. Internet connection good. Is relatively close to a few restaurants and coffee. Cute lofted ceilings! Basic amenities like microwave, fridge, hair dryer all worked well.
Disliked: The outside of the property looked a bit rough. As a motel-style property, I was a bit concerned for my safety as someone traveling alone (door leads directly out onto street level). They were also still using physical keys instead of a card or PIN pad system. Bathrooms could also use updating (for example adding a light in the shower). I also found the lighting in the rooms stressful, they were a very intense bright white without any ability to dim or adjust them. Rooms, bathroom, and furniture are a bit cramped and could use updating.

Disliked: No house keeping. They change towels but no house keeping. No gym. Room is too small. No tub.
