Disliked: When I booked my stay the pictures of the outside wasn't what I was expecting at all, ear plugs left on bed as train run by room all the time

Good location and comfortable flat...

Liked: Flat appartment situated on the 4th Avenue Road ... only 3 miles from the busy and recreative area.
Disliked: The view on the railway and parking

Lovely accommodations

Liked: Great facility. Nice device, clean and very modern.
Disliked: Wish an iron & ironing board would be available to guests instead of just steamer option.

Clean, quiet, modern apartment

Liked: The unit was clean and quiet. I liked the washer and dryer. I liked the security of entering a code to access the elevator and stairs.
Disliked: I did not like the parking. The hotel has valet parking or there is public parking on the street.

Exceptional

fully equiped and fully functional...

Liked: The apartment was fully functional, fully equiped: kitchen, washing machinge/dryer. Good bathroom. Good size of the one-room apartment.
Disliked: Although the room was really big enough, the company decided to equip it only with a small queen-size-bed. For two people basically ok, but there was enough space at least for king-size.

Superb

Liked: Well designed rooms are really studios with everything one could need to feel like at home.
Disliked: Trains noise. Even ear plugs don't help.

Pleasant hotel for a nice...

Liked: Nice and modern property with plenty of free street parking. Location is good, Uber on non-Friday / Saturday nights is $7 / each way into the city. Comfortable, good little kitchen and bathroom. I like the TV.
Disliked: Very close to a loud train line with train horns at 4, 5am. Can also block traffic for 20 mins at a time when a cargo train is passing.
