Liked: The location of the property is excellent as we used it for the Ben Nevis climb. The property itself is great but it just seems like we missed its heyday.
Disliked: As I mentioned, the whole place seems to have the correct intention but it’s heyday may have been 20 years ago and has let itself go a little. But still liked it.

Disliked: hotel is very dated and the bathroom is so old it can’t look clean anymore even if it is. got maybe an hour of sleep throughout the whole night because there was an animal in the roof and the ceiling was creaking and thunking so loudly, I thought any second now whatever moose was stomping about up there would land in my room.

Disappointing

Disliked: The Hotel is very run down on the exterior in need of a good coat of paint. The inside is similarly tired. The room was basic even though it was a deluxe.

Liked: Swimming pool was great after a long drive.Staff were very welcoming.
