Liked: Decent little place thats clean and the size of the unit was good.
Disliked: Construction had the pool closed the entire stay and the noise started at 7 45 am and lasted throughout the day. Everyday. You could even hear it from the beach.

Lovely stay in a beautiful...
Liked: Ask for Room 209 or 109 for the BEST beachfront views. These two are located closest to the beach and also have extra windows for added aesthetic pleasure. We even cracked the window just a little bit to hear the waves crashing all night long. We traveled in Feb so this was possible. The beach is literally 30 yards away and it's super clean, lovely water, nice breezes and lots of fabulous shells. Everyone says 'Hi" as you walk by. Belleair Beach is NOT Clearwater. Lowkey neighborhood vibe. The buildings are primarily not higher than 3 stories and are mostly very nice single family dwellings with a sprinkling of hotels like the Belleair Beach Club. Restaurants of any kind are 1.5 miles + away. Great sidewalks for walking, biking.
Disliked: It's a bit older than the fancy high-rise hotel towers. But clean and comfortable. There was construction that started way too early on Monday. We were warned but it's still really annoying to hear hammers at 7:45 am. I would have felt compensated if they discounted our rooms or gave us a free stay for the inconvenience.

Superb
Liked: We loved our stay at Belleair Beach Club!! Great value for location and what you get. You are literally right on a private beach. It is tucked amongst private properties and condominiums so the beach is not crowded! It’s good to note that this is acouple miles from the “downtown” area of Clearwater Beach. There aren’t restaurants or really anything within walking distance. We had a car and wanted to be away from the loud and busy parts but for those who want to be able to walk everywhere this place might not be for them. Rooms were clean and looked newly renovated. Staff is only available until 5pm but they are very nice and helpful. We plan to go back again next year!
Disliked: Pool is very small. We didn’t use the pool at all as we prefer the beach but that could be a disappointment to some. They are doing renovations on part of the property. We could only slightly hear it from our room and it didn’t cause any inconvenience but it was quite loud by the pool area.

Liked: Staff was courteous. I had to adjust my travel plan due to bad weather. Front desk staff (Jane) was so kind to accommodate my request and made the necessary adjustment. Ross (hotel maintenance staff) was kind enough to check the issue we had with the water heater multiple times to ensure it is resolved.We stayed in the room with partial gulf view. Morning view was serene. Room seems to be recently renovated and was clean. Full kitchen was perfect for family traveling with kids. Beach is easily accessible and the kids loved the heated pool.
Disliked: Water heater unfortunately did not work when we checked in. It started to work, but didnt have enough capacity for 4 people to take hot shower. At least some of us had to take cold shower every day throughout our 4 nights stay.
