Liked: Good value for money in a great location Staff were very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The only downside was one of the beds had bed bugs and a family member got bitten profusely. Staff were sorry but no compensation was made. Not sure if there should have been or not, as have never experienced bed bugs before!

Very simple facilites but useful...

Liked: The location is amazing. Close to many restaurants.
Disliked: When I arrived my room didn’t have water. I didn’t have any kind of refund yet due this issue. Me and boyfriend had to use a common bathroom - which was a mess - but I paid for private room. On the second day the problem was solved but like I said I still wait for any kind of compensation.

Liked: Good location.It fit our family.Ok price point for what was on offer...we were out exploring everyday so it was only used to sleep and shower.
Disliked: It was very hot when we were there with only one tiny fan on top of the table to try and cool the roomNo cutlery/cups/plates. Only 1 paper cup each for coffee/tea.We had to keep asking for paper cup replacements to make our morning/nightly tea.Towels were not always changed/rubbish not taken out/beds made when we had the service room sign on the door.Very small bathroom but would be typical for the age of the property I think.

Disliked: It is not suitable for 5 people. Kitchenette dies not have basin or tap. There is a kettle but not a plug. Kettle to stand on beside table. The room is not suitable for 5 people nor was it serviced daily. Fridge does not work. Windows cannot open for more than 3cm. It was pointed out to reception who did about fridge.
