Liked: Lovely guest house. Kate is an exceptional host who couldn't do enough for us. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Perfect location close to New Milton high street.

Liked: Welcoming, friendly, nothing was to much trouble, comfortable beds, spotless room, a very good tea tray, good continental breakfast, our hostess even took us by car to the station when we left
