Fantastic accommodation in a perfect...

Liked: We have stayed here twice now and it is excellent. The property is in such a fantastic location which is what we really like, about 15 minutes walk into Eastbourne Town centre. Lots of local pubs, handy convience stores. Right on the seafront. Alison and Dave are really friendly.
Disliked: Nothing

Liked: Warm welcome and nice chat on arrival. Communication before arriving was a bit challenging, so make sure you read and understand all the instructions. Specially in regards to covid. Room and bathroom sparkly clean. Breakfast cooked to order, plenty of options.
Disliked: No flexibility in regards to early check in or even a late check out, considering weather was terrible outside and we were the only ones staying. Check in only after 4pm and check out at 10:30am. I found it unnecessarily short and arbitrary.

Lovely couple of days spent...

Liked: The breakfast was 1st class, absolutely no complaints. Allison & Dave very attentive and friendly. The house was spotlessly clean.
Disliked: Our room was on the ground floor at the side and we had no view at all. The pillows weren't supportive enough.

Only one word brilliant ?

Liked: Dave and Alison were brilliant the room was excellent a very covid safe property, spotlessly clean and nothing to much trouble. The location was perfect for us and visited several eateries all good can't wait to go again and would recommend this property no problem , also forgot superb breakfast included so a wonderful stay.
Disliked: Can't think of anything

Liked: Super friendly staff, happy to help with anything, amazing breakfast with a really nice atmosphere and clean rooms.

No faults Beamsley lodge in...

Liked: Quite, spotlessly clean, not to far from town, easy to park, breakfast good not greasy, nice hosts, we both slept well aswell If in Eastbourne again we'll definitely book here again as just across the road to the beach
