This was one of the worst hotels i have ever stayed in. The air condition did not work properly, would not cool to anything under 79 degrees, the iron board did not stand up. In addition to this I was charged 5 dollars a day for a safe I did not even know was in the room, and 5 dollars a day for parking in the hotel parking lot. I could not find this policy written anywhere online. It was on a small sign in the lobby. However, since my card was charged in advance I was stuck.

Liked: Perfect location! Great price free limited breakfast. Staff was absolutly wonderful. Pool and all areas very clean.
Disliked: Wish pool was a little warmer. Would have liked automatic maid service at least checking in daily.

Liked: Perfect location and reasonably priced in comparison to nearby hotels.
Disliked: Very noisy area that ends around midnight and kicks in at 7 am every morning we were there. When it was windy, there was a howling noise at the entrance door from not having a good seal. The rooms are in need of new furniture and remodeling. The facility is in need of a good maintenance crew who can paint and make necessary repairs. The drapes look like they haven't been replaced since the day they opened. Many pin holes in the balcony side drapes and the entrance drapes were torn by getting caught in the door opening. The breakfast did not have a big selection of items. I read the reviews before booking so I wasn't shocked at the condition of the facility. We were there to spend time at the beach and surrounding area. No regrets on my part, just wish the owners would take a little more pride in their building considering their great location and views.
