Liked: The price was attractive. Advertised as pet friendly and it was. The clerk who checked us in was very friendly and professional.
Disliked: The room was not vacuumed properly, there was hair clogging the bathtub, some of the lights were unplugged, the room was very dark, even with all the lights on, I had to take my key card to the desk four times to get it reactivated, there were no instructions for using the TV remote, I had to call the front desk (and was put on hold for several minutes) to get the WiFi code, there was no desk chair for the desk, the cabinet above the microwave was broken, the concrete was deteriorating, not enough toels in the room, breakfast was very limited, weak coffee. This is an old hotel that has not been updated in a very long time and unfortunately shows many signs of wear and tear.

Totally disappointed with my stay.

Liked: The breakfast was very limited but OK. The price seemed good at booking.
Disliked: The place is run down . I had been there before years age and it was ok. Looks like they stopped doing any real maintenance years ago. Better off going somewhere else.

Pleasant

Liked: The room was clean and comfortable. Easy check-in and staff were friendly.
Disliked: The room was booked for 4 people, and there were not enough towels and wash clothes. Asked for extra, and they were not brought to the room. The breakfast area was not well stocked.
