The room was dirty and...
Liked: The air conditioning worked, and the water pressure was nice in the shower.
Disliked: The room wasn't clean, the towels were heavily stained, power strips were plugged into power strips, toilet paper was stuffed into a hole in the wall where cords were hanging out, breakfast was closed, and the pool was closed.

It was very disappointing and...
Liked: I liked the tub in our room.
Disliked: There were two reasons why we booked this hotel for our honeymoon. The first reason because it advertised it had a pool. When we get there, there is not a pool open and it was drained. The second reason was because it was advertised that there would be breakfast. There was not any breakfast.

Not returning to that hotel.
Liked: Bed was comfortable.
Disliked: Parts of the room were moldy and dirty. The website said that there would be breakfast available but there was no breakfast.

It was Horrible!!! If corporate...
Liked: Nothing. The room Was in horrible condition.
Disliked: The room had a stained and broken shade, 1 light didn't work, the curtains were falling off of the rod. The ceiling in the bathroom over the shower was falling down. There was black mold in the bathroom & the toilet wouldn't flush unless you held the handle down for 2-3 minutes. There were cracks in the corners at the floors and the baseboards were molding, stained & filthy. The light in the vanity area was dirty. The ice container was dirty so we didn't get ice. They were not serving any breakfast & the pool was closed. I had booked the room for 3 nights, but got called back home due to a family emergency & they wouldn't refund 2 of my nights. The gal at the front desk was very rude and not helpful at all. I had to leave so didn't get any help. She told me that she would have the manager call me. I've never received any calls, & had the front desk gal write down my name & phone number. I have many pictures but this email will not upload them!!

Disliked: The pool was closed, there was no breakfast. The ice machine was out of order. The microwave in the room had a note on top that said "burnt inside not for use in room". The carpet was coming off the wall. The chair in the room was filthy. Ceiling tiles were falling off the ceiling in the hallway, and black mold was present. There was some substance on the heater in the room which I could not identify, nor would I touch. I was very disappointed in this room. Also I paid with my credit card online, yet was asked to give a $80 cash deposit upon check in.

Liked: The location was near the test site were I was scheduled to take a exam at 8am
Disliked: The breakfast was not available. The room did not have a telephone. The pool was not working. The facility need to change it's amenities on the website that they know are not available. I had a 8am exam and the breakfast was one of the perks that helped me select this facility as I could have stayed at a motel. This facility provided false advertisement and required payment at the time of booking.

Liked: The room was clean and roomier than normal.
Disliked: I searched for a hotel with a pool and breakfast. Both were closed. I saw reviews that most people's low ratings were from poor breakfasts, but I didn't see no pool. The staff said they've alerted you... I hate that you advertise nonexistent amenities.

Liked: Bed.
Disliked: It was not clear when I booked my stay online at booking.com that I need to pay a $80 cash deposit to access my room. I was just told I didn't have to pay using my debit card until I arrived. I had to ask to speak to a manager who gave permission for me to check in after 10pm using just my card. When I got to my room, shampoo bottle was half used with dried shampoo around bottle cap. No pool, hot tub, or breakfast (could have been indicated when booking).

Horrible!
Liked: I arrived to check in with my family and was told I had to pay additional fees outside the price reserved! My reservation was then canceled without checking in but , I was charged 170.93$. My cancellation fee was 95$! The pool was inoperable and the breakfast was not being served either! So why was I paying an additional fee???

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: Booking.com said there was breakfast included. There was no breakfast. They required a $80 dollar deposit in cash. This was not mentioned on Booking.com. We didn’t have cash. Place is very old and rundown. Classic bait and switch. It should not be listed. Knowing this is the kind of place you might get, we will not use Booking.com again.
