I didn't stay the night...

Disliked: The shower drain was clogged, the lamp was broken, the door lock didn't work, the room temperature was very cold when I got there and the controls for it were scary to use(the knob just spun all the way around) the beds were super uncomfortable. For the price I paid I could have stayed somewhere nicer. I know the area of the hotel and there are cheaper places to stay that are nicer than this place was.

Disliked: Bugs on the bed .

Worse room ever. Filthy, smelly...

Liked: Truthfully, it’s hard to find anything we liked about the room.
Disliked: Door lock was broken, looked like someone had tried to break in with a screwdriver. Floor was sticky. Air con unit missing cover, filled with dust & exposed wires. Sheets & cover had black hair on them, absolutely had not been changed. Phone didn’t work to call for clean sheets. People sitting outside in lawn chairs smoking & drinking, smoke came in our room. One towel had dirty handprints on it. We requested handicap room & didn’t get it. Toilet leaked from bottom making bathroom floor dangerous. Broken lamp. Hook broken off bathroom door. Toilet paper was wet, like it fell in the toilet or on the floor. No toilet paper holder, it was just gone. Bed was terrible, so old with the sides broken down. We looked at the mattress to look for bedbugs and didn’t see signs of any. Breakfast was stale little muffins, no fruit, no lids for coffee cups, make your own wales but the room was so filthy I didn’t want to use it. The towels that I put on the floor in the bathroom to soak up the toilet water got so dirty it was shocking. My husband complained about the room to the man at the desk & he said he’d pass the information on. The refrigerator in the room had a loud motor. If we hadn’t already paid for the room online in advance, and it was late & there was no other room available, we would not have stayed. I slept in my clothes on top of the sheet I had brushed the hair off. When I say slept, I should say, tried to sleep. This room should not be rented out until issues are fixed and it’s properly cleaned.

Liked: The beds and cable but room 121 tv dnt work need to upgrade to a smart TVs
Disliked: Need thicker covers

Poor

Liked: because we did not like the room we did not stay for breakfast
Disliked: the room needs a lot of renovation

Disgusting! Never will I recommend...

Liked: Nothing.
Disliked: The room smelled horrible. Was dirty and in need of renovation. Only one desk chair on wheels to sit. We didn't feel safe. Could not spend the night there. We left after 20 minutes and found a much better place to rest for the night.

Not a good stay.

Liked: The location was close to places to eat and the interstate. Good outdoor lighting. Easy access.
Disliked: The room was not very clean. Had a bad smell. No tissue paper. The place is run down. No carpet on second floor so we could hear every step and chair movement above us.
