Liked: It was convenient to where I needed to be.
Disliked: No where did it mention this was under construction. The place smelled, the elevator floor was all ripped up, wall paper in my room was falling down. Had to go to the front desk to report TV was not working because phone in the room did not work.

Pleasant

Liked: Good price, bed was comfy. Front desk clerk was friendly. Lobby seating looked comfy.
Disliked: In the midst of renovation, lots was off: no hangers, cover worn off desk chair. Marker scribbles on light shades. Breakfast (thin offering) "creamer" was a jug of 2% milk on the counter.

It was a good bed...

Liked: Customer service was good. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast poor b/c you were out of stuff especially waffles. The milk was warm. No ice was available

Disliked: Window didn't close,hot tub didn't work and didn't get no refund or new room paid for sweet for hot tub couldn't even use it,public hairs and blood stains on wash cloths and towels

Liked: Bed was comfortable. Shower was new and clean. Staff is friendly.
Disliked: Dark, old, worn. You can tell they are trying, but it’s like putting a bandaid on an axe wound. Breakfast was questionable. I think people may live there.
