Liked: the location was great. The staff was helpful in helping to get a taxi.I am happy the temperature could be adjusted in the room WiFi was very goodTaxi call in the morning from front deskInside of Bath looked new and clean.
Disliked: cleanliness of carpet. corners were dusty. Old fridge with rusty areas was placed on top of the table. looked very odd. TV did not come on.Shower curtain positioned badly to hang outside of bathroom. Toilet paper remaining one of the roll rolls was very little. This should have been replaced..one hanger only in closet area. the base of door frame with pealed paint.base of lamp with rusty spots. outside of room.entrancr dusty room 325

Disliked: TV wouldn't work even after someone came to look at it and trouble communicating. Very limited english. Room for 3 and there was no linen for the pull out. Only two towels and one washcloth available in room. Had to ask for more. Phone did not work when I tried calling the desk about the issues. Again, the person who came to look at the TV and phones, did nothing to fix them. Two phones in the room and neither worked.
