Liked: The hotel was quiet, the bed very comfortable and I slept well. Good shower head, but…
Disliked: The elevator didn’t work, the pool was not open, the stairwells hadn’t been vacuumed, the shower head had to be held by hand (holder was broken), and there was a rather jagged piece of metal by the bathroom door that must have been a mount for a hair dryer, which wasn’t there.

Good hotel for the price

Liked: The room was clean, and the people were very friendly.
Disliked: My only real complaint is that they had people in their community room down the hall being very loud after 11 pm. It actually woke me up.

Sufficient for one night but...

Liked: The beds were clean and comfortable. The cooling/heating in the room worked well. Bathroom had hot water and decent water pressure in the shower.
Disliked: The pool and the elevator were out of service. The second set of sliding glass doors did not close. The phone in the room did not work. Seems like your hotel needs some serious mtc.

Liked: We arrived after traveling 11 hours at 8am and check in wasn’t until 3pm. The staff was amazing and allowed us to check in early. The room was great. Super clean. Super spacious. Dove soap, shampoo, conditioner, & body wash it was great‼️ Top notch breakfast.
Disliked: N/A

Disliked: The facility is fine. The. Check-in process was not. We checked in at 8 p.m. and ended up with a double queen room instead of a deluxe king, which we had already paid for and our reservation stated.

Liked: Location was not too far from our route of travel on I 64. Priced competitively with other options and the beds very comfortable.

Not great, not bad, will...

Disliked: The breakfast is standard American breakfast, more sugar than necessary. The coffee was absolutely horrible, reminded me of ditch water.
