Horrible customer service-false advertisement-sketchy place...

Liked: The location was close to our venue for dance
Disliked: The pictures did NOT look like the property did when we arrived. The breakfast food wasn’t good. The drinks were watered down. At check in, we were told we had to pay an extra $100 for a “security deposit” for cleaning that we would get back at check out-but this was never stated to us when we booked online and it is not stated on their actual website either. It is only posted in their lobby. We ended up leaving early as we did not feel safe here with our 2 young daughters. The night we arrived, there were men climbing in a downstairs window that was open instead of going inside-which we found rather suspicious. When we explained this as being the reason for leaving an entire day early, there was no sympathy for this reason and the staff member didn’t even try to offer any money back-they kept the full amount for that second night, knowing we had to book a room somewhere else. Would NEVER stay here again and would NOT recommend it to anyone. 0/10 rating!

Disliked: Pulled up to overgrown weeds in the landscape. The front desk "guy" was wearing an underware type t shirt (not freshly cleaned) and looked like a gang member. Toilet seat was broken. Building was dirty. Stains inside the elevator on the button panel. Looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a very long time. Furniture chipped, walls chipped, hole in the bed cover,

Liked: The staff was fantastic. We had no trouble getting things we needed.
Disliked: The hotel looked run down and the rooms did not at all look like the pics on the app.

A short stay. I needed...

Liked: Cleanliness of room. Adequate breakfast.
Disliked: The exterior is badly in need of new siding. The building looks terrible. It looks cheap.

Animal feces left in room...

Liked: Nothing I found animal feces in my room and was them charged the deposit because I brought it to the attention of the owner.
