Great value for the price

Liked: I was impressed with the newly remodeled suites at this hotel. The room was large and clean. For a Red Roof property, this hotel was a great value. Free airport transportation and continental breakfast (was minimal but included).
Disliked: Airport transportation very slow to pick up but drop off was on time.

HORRIBLE,TERRIBLE,ALARMING, SCARY, LIFE IN FEAR....

Disliked: Everything! Horrible place do not book here if you care about safety. Staff sit behind 2 inch bullet proof glass. You can hear everything and honestly it was like living in a circus if it was in a horror film. Someone tried to get into our room multiple times through out the night. I didn’t complete my stay and the staff didn’t even ask why we were leaving early. Was just such a horrible experience. I have since asked for a full refund. I am working with booking.com in conjunction with the hotel to facilitate this.

Great Stay

Liked: Great customer service and location...room was very big and comfortable for my needs.

Definitely depends on your budget,...

Liked: Good location, variety of stores and restaurants, big parking lot, nice staff that can help you with your needs,convenient price .
Disliked: Need to be open only for the guests not for strangers and shouldn’t be allowed drunk clients walks around and sleeping on the stairs, the bathroom door and sink tap should be fixed, the bedding shouldn’t have any holes, would be better to have a coffee maker or kettle and some cups in the room.And!!! It’s disgusting stinky smell of weed smoke outside and inside the building even if they have no smoke permits notifications everywhere, nobody cares.

SMOKE FREE

Liked: Location to the airport and the shuttle driver Napolean was very polite
Disliked: It was supposed to be a smoke free property and the whole place smells of Marijuana. When my husband said something to the clerk he just looked and said nothing. The smell was so bad that in the middle of the night we got woke up thinking someone was In our room smoking it. I have breathing issues so this was not a very good experience for us. It is suppose to be smoke free then it should be held to those standards.

Liked: The efficiency of the airport shuttle and the location(close to the airport) were great after a long flight. Bed was comfortable. Nice to have a basic complimentary breakfast before a flight. Staff very pleasant and helpful
Disliked: It wasn't the cleanest, rooms were very basic with some issues (loose handles on doors, ac didn't work, but not needed at the time so I didn't ask for help with it) and there was quite a lot of noise through the night. But grand for an overnight between flights

Liked: Not too far from the airport. Cheap. Free shuttle. Good Bed. Good TV.
Disliked: Very run down and dingy.
