Sold out but I had...

Disliked: I had a reservation. After a long day of travel by plane, and the rest of the group over 14 hours in the car, they said they saw the reservation but they were sold out. No help to find another motel. Reservation was placed almost 2 months ago too. Just talking to other people on the phone about their plans that night. Just "Sorry". (I also sent them a message my check in time would be late due to a delay and having to catch the last flight in. No response at all.) There was also a note on the computer at the check in desk that said cash only. While I didn't walk the entire property there were plenty of parking spots which says to me that they were not really full. Just seemed like the front desk had decided they didn't want to work more that night. So I can't really rate the room as poor but since I didn't get one I would call everything poor with my experience. Walked next door to another motel and they were more than happy to help. They were full (parking lot very full) but called another motel north and we were in a room within 30 minutes. I don't think they are doing their brand any favors at this location.

Disliked: Doors didn't lock... lights didn't work.. sheets were dirty. Non smoking room smelled like smoke and floors were very dirty and the morning staff was rude.
