Fit the Bill!

Liked: We were looking for a place to stay right outside of Montgomery (we came to visit the amazing 5 star museum complex called the Legacy Sites--look it up!) and this was perfectly located just north of the city. It was clean, the beds very comfortable and the staff friendly.
Disliked: The breakfast was adequate (they had sausages and hard boiled eggs for protein, and the usual cereal and waffles) but not remarkable.

Disliked: Bed next to bathroom.Light to bathroom outside bathroom turning lights on in sleeping area waking all up in night..necessitates not stocked room

Liked: Very clean rooms and the office personnel was helpful and super nice

Liked: Could cancel if done by 6 pm
Disliked: Room dirty. Dried urine on the floor in front of the commode. “Skid marks” (feces) in the center of the only chair which was cloth covered. Thick dust on pictures and electrical plugs. Would never return.

Liked: Location, cleanliness and the staff.
Disliked: I was quoted a price of $133.67 which was charged to my credit card. I was told a hold was going to be placed on my card for $50 for "incidentals" and would be released when I checked out. That was Saturday, it is now Tuesday and there still is a $50 charge on my card. How hard can it be to reverse this charge, for other hotels it never shows up. This is deceptive and dishonest.
