Disliked: On booking.com it is noted that there is no age requirement for check in. We arrived (my new wife and I) and were told we couldn’t check in because we’re not 21. Then we were told we could not get a refund on the prepayment. I literally had to have my mom call and write an email taking responsibility for me to be able to stay that night. I’m 19 with the credit card and reservation in my name. So, get the booking.com info updated and try not to be so rude to the young people that were just trying to spend their first night together. Disappointed in how that part of the evening went.
