It was a great place...

Liked: For the price this was a clean hotel, only disappointment was the breakfast but we paid less for the room so that was expected. The lady that checked us in was wonderful and the check out lady was wonderful also.
Disliked: Small bed it was a full not queen size.

Disliked: Our first room was dirty at 7pm. We got put on 3rd floor then elevator broke I am handicap and was told we had to use stairs told her I could do stair. She said repair man was call and she didn't know when he would get there. Had to wait 30 minutes. She said we got upgraded from a king bed to double bed I was like that a down grade. This really was unfair for the money we spent won't be using them again horrible. I would have cleaned my room myself also cable TV was terrible all static couldn't see picture clear. Horrible experience

This was truly a bad...

Liked: There was a bed in the room and the microwave worked
Disliked: There was no shower curtain. There was hair from someone before us in the shower on the walls and a big clump in the drain. The toilet paper roll holder was broken. A loose roll of toilet paper on the back of the toilet. There were several areas of the room that were not cleaned in QUITE SOME TIME. The wallpaper is peeling in several places. The pot for the coffee is r the right one and coffee leaked all over. The TV is analog and the handwritten guide is incorrect. No USB ports anywhere in the room. They had the old phone jack ports on the lamps labeled “data ports”. The room phone doesn’t work. The bed linens are ripped in multiple places. There is a pleather chair in the room that has a huge worn/torn spot on the arm. It took us about 35 minutes to check in. Staff was not at all friendly or accommodating. Our room key card didn’t work. After multiple times of resetting and trying, they let us in with the master key. I am not usually a complainer, but this was bad. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone unless they make major changes.

Disliked: Bath tub was nasty had what looked like pubic hair all over it. No trash can in room. TV only had couple channels. Sheets over mattress had holes in it.
