Noisy, thin walls, otherwise fine

Liked: Friendly staff, very helpful
Disliked: Walls and Windows very thin. Was awake most of the night listening to people outside door and in parking lot.

Liked: The upgrades to the rooms and the hallways looked great. A lot nicer than the last time we stayed here 2 to 3 years ago. Great commissary in the Lobby.
Disliked: For the price paid I feel the breakfast should have been of a higher quality.

Liked: Breakfast was waffles and cereal basically.
Disliked: My problem was that I booked with Booking.com for a single queen room. I called the hotel a couple of days before just to confirm my reservation and learned that I had been switched to a King suite which was not at all what I had reserved. When I checked in, I found that I had again had my room changed to a double queen room. I have never been jacked around that way with hotel reservations. I also have learned that if you book with a third party booking agency you are at their mercy as the hotel can't do much to help in the event of an issue, you have to deal with the booking agency.

A hidden gem for Harrodsburg-clean...

Liked: This is a good hotel option for Harrodsburg KY. Facility is older but the interior modernized and clean. Our room was clean and we were pleasantly surprised by our experience there. Staff friendly and helpful. A small but adequate workout room, basic breakfast offering but no pool, which was fine with us. A great value for the price and a hidden gem in comparison to other hotel offerings In Harrodsburg.
Disliked: Could have better snack offerings, very limited.
