Not a bad experience. I would stay there again for that price. Did not feel uncomfortable. Shuttle service would have been nice.

I would never recommend this hotel too anybody!! We booked the Baymont on NE 14th St. When we walked in it smelled like a nursing home it was soo small and nothing like the pictues. There were linens laying around. To get to our room we had to drive around back to another building our room looked like it was from the 70s or something and was soo small the ceiling was only a cpl inches from our head there was barely any lighting at all. I didn't even feel safe to set down it was such a gross place for safe for my well being at that. I would never recommend this place to anybody at all!!

Liked: HORRIBLE, rooms where a mess, writing on our bathroom mirror in first room, mold, second room faucet wouldn't stop leaking ,mold all over bathroom doorframe, broken dresser, remote had no back,
Disliked: did NOT like the managers excuse for why he would not refund us after we left withing 10min of being there, claims since my spouse used the toilet (after we just traveled!) That it was used so he would not refund, even after all the horrible conditions!

Disliked: Horrible customer service! Got there at 6:30 to check in and was told they are only taking cash payments. We didn’t have enough cash to cover though, so I asked what our options were? Was told she would cancel the room with no charge…. But we needed a room!

Liked: I didn't like anything about it. This place was drastically over-rated. At least I didn't catch bed bugs.
Disliked: Where do I start?! The toilet was dirty (yes, feces). No trash can. Most of the lights didn't work. Breakfast sucked. Hallways and common areas were horrendous. Dirty and beat-up. This place was definitely NOT a 2.5-star hotel... more like 1.5.

Disliked: 1st told us they didn't have our reserved room we reserved the 2 queen sized beds and got 2 bdl or fulls. No WIFI-2 barsStaff members came to our door about 1 later and asked us how we got in the room and did we sign paper work for it.Cleanliness, bedcovers were dirty, fitness center closed, ice machine broken, no hot tub, no breakfast our first morning, half a roll of toliet paper, hair dryer didn't work, TV remote was broken, no towels (1 hand towel for 4 people) we were told that they didn't have any and we would have to wait. We went to the store and bought cleaning supplies, 4 bath towels, shampoo, toilet paper. Light between bed switch needs replaced and the outlet by the window has something broken off inside it. The beautiful stair case needs vacuumed and windows need finished cleaning.

It was a terrible experience...

Liked: The room we booked was one with 2 queen beds. When we arrived the desk clerk said that wasn't available. He said the rooms are first come first serve. We would have never booked at this property if we knew. The only room they had was a king bed. We had 3 people. It was late so we took the room. When we went to our room the room's door was smashed and it looked like someone had tried to break into it. It would not shut unless the deadbolt was engaged. The overhead light was strobing and needed to be unscrewed. The smoke alarm was beeping and there were no towels or trash can in the room. My husband went down to the front desk to ask for towels and the desk clerk said they had no clean towels available. He said he could go to an empty room and get some, they never arrived. We canceled our booking for the 2nd night. Worst hotel room we've experienced.
Disliked: It was a terrible experience with bad customer service, a horrible room, and we didn't get the room we booked.

A nasty place to stay...

Liked: Nothing! Of o could.gove ot a negative 12 I would.
Disliked: The entire place was filthy. The fridge and microwave was horrible. There was no breakfast as advertised and the floor and serving trays were food was supposed to be was extremely filthy.

Disliked: Everything. Not enough towels. Bed was very sunk in. Hard to sleep on.couch had huge stain we didn't dare sit on.fan I bath didn't work. Pool was not open."hot" breakfast was hard biscuits andvold gravy.no really good other options.i paid less for better.
