We would definitely stay at this hotel again! It was a great experience and the rate was good.

Liked: From checking in to checking out was a 10. The clerk's, room, most of all safety.

After checking in to our room we were greeted with roaches. The guy at the front desk gave us a new room but I didn't sleep too well.

Liked: Customer service.
Disliked: They had roaches.

The sink was blocked; the side door did not work.

Liked: The room.
Disliked: No micowave.

Liked: Everything else was great.
Disliked: No patio chairs for the balcony.

Disliked: I had to get maintenance to fix the shower head - sprayed water everywhere including the ceiling, the TV leg was broken, the remote didn'twork with the TV becauseit was LG the TVwas a Vizio, the side of the hotel I stayed on had the worst smell I ended up checking out 3 days early.

Disliked: Everything, place was scary, police were there, staff wanted me to pay cash, and stated they wanted a deposit for the rooms when had already done through booking.com and they tried to get more money. Shady place and staff! Thought I might get murdered here that's how scary it was! We turned around and left and canceled the reservation!
