Disappointing

I will never stay here...

Liked: Nothing.There was no breakfast.I didn't even stay because there was bed bugs
Disliked: There was bed bugs

Disliked: The front desk people and they didn't have any coffee or breakfast

Liked: Absolutely Nothing.
Disliked: The establishment was under renovations. They Said Nothing At Check-in!. The Bathroom Was Horrible! I was going to stay for 5 nights. I figured I would have to pay for the one night anyway, so I stayed, BUT did NOT take a shower due to literal hole in ceiling and bathtub was awful. That night I told the clerk I was leaving in the morning because of change of plans and that's when I found out had already charged my card. He said there is no refunds.Next morning I told management, my plans had changed and I would be able to go home, they couldn't charge me for something I didn't use and my C. C. company agreed. She actually said, "Well, you shouldn't make plans if you can't keep them." I will never darken their doorway again!

Disliked: The place was aweful.. we did not stay there.. place did not look nothing like the website.. there was cockroaches… Hair all over the toilet seat & bathroom floor.. Stains on the bed… The doors would not lock… We were in town because we got stranded in the town. My husband is on dialysis & we had to have a clean hotel to do his treatments & this place was gross…. had a bad bad smell as well… I would really really appreciate my money back…. the front staff was horrible & would not even listen to me… We were only in room about 10 mins…
