Overall clean and friendly environment. Was nice to have shuttle available.

Liked: Friendly staff - especially the shuttle
Disliked: Staff was loud in the mornings and we were unable to sleep

Dump

Liked: Had clean sheets and linings
Disliked: WiFi was spotty, needs paint, rugs were filthy, no soap, morning person was rude, lobby locked at 10pm- had to fine an unlocked door, card outside doesn?t work. No local TV stations, CBS, NBC, ABC or Fox.

Terrible hotel, don't stay here.

Liked: Nothing! Would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
Disliked: Unfriendly front staff, not available at all times, front doors locked. Carpet disgusting, had to wear sandals to avoid stepping on any floor surfaces, stains all over the carpets inside the rooms and in the hallways, walls dirty, needs some fresh paint, floors in bathrooms gross, moldy ceiling, loose bathroom mirror, no hairdryer. needs a very deep clean! undermount sink gross, no bathtub stopper or a pull to operate the shower. This one room wasn't fully functional, filthy air vents on the air-conditioning units.Threshold between floor and elevator dangerously uneven, especially for elderly with 4 wheeled walker.Had asked for bottom floor rooms since I was traveling with 2 elderly seniors. Having to use the elevator was challenging with a walker.

Bad

Liked: Pet friendly
Disliked: It's dirty, 4 people in a room and they only had 3 towels. We asked for extra and we were told an employee stole all the towels. We were calling room service to ask for a rubber for the tub because it was very slippery and we couldnt get a hold of anyome. We went downstairs....there were no staff. My 75 yr old mom slipped and fell. We had to buy toilet papers cos they only supplied us with half a roll. We booked 5 rooms....and only one room was in an ok condition.

Stay at your Own Risk!

Liked: The location was great, staff was ok. Not very concerned with my concerns about the first room we were put in.
Disliked: The first room had mold on the ceiling in the restroom. Also the Hotel itself had nobody working the front desk, it looked abandoned! That should have been a red flag, but I checked in at the sister hotel across the way. The hotel was very dated and kind of creepy feeling, I originally had the reservation for 3 days, but after seeing the conditions, and I would have lost out on my money, I stayed just for the one night. NEVER AGAIN! ughhhhh forgot to mention the TV was cracked right down the middle, and when I told the girl at the front desk, she said ok I'll make a note of it and didn't even offer to move us into another room! WOW!!!!!!

Very disappointed.

Liked: Perfect amount of pillows. Had a huge list of sports channels.
Disliked: The first room I was assigned, the door didn't open. When assigned to a new room, the toilet did not flush. I had to fix the toilet myself. Had to reattach the chain to the stopper.

Won't go back. Cancelled next...

Liked: Amenities were ok. Coffee, referigerator, micro
Disliked: Room was average, but dirty. Four light vanity had ONE light working. Debris in the corners and under bed. Cold water at sink gave hot. Front counter clerk was overworked and fielding complaints.
