Very good

Disappointing

Liked: It was clean
Disliked: That they took a deposit and i havent received it yet

ridiculous policy

Liked: nothing
Disliked: my husband and i traveled nine hours last night. three hours before stopping is when i booked my reservation, we are 20 years old & called to make sure we didn’t have to be 21 to check in, we had been told the age to check in is 18. once we arrived at 3am, the man at the front desk took 15 minutes working on the computer before even asking for my ID, once he got it he spent another 10 minutes doing whatever before telling me that it says my reservation was cancelled. no idea why. we asked to just book a new room & he said that’d be alright. he then spent ANOTHER 10 minutes on the computer before telling us we were too young to check in. wasted 40 minutes of my night at 3am just to go find another hotel. very unprofessional & should be keeping up with the correct policy.

Great value and the staff...

Liked: Generous at breakfast
Disliked: Room located next to stairwell and could hear clomping on stairs long into the night.Not enough staff to accomodate all the visitors for the eclipse event.

Liked: Right off the freeway, easy to park. The pool was amazing and we were allowed to stay for free until noon which was also a game changer because I had to remote work. I really liked the staff gentleman at the front desk. He was very nice both on the phone and in person.
Disliked: Morning breakfast was in a very small room. Almost everything was out. There were no chairs and people were standing to eat because there were signs to not take your food upstairs. The coffee was empty there and in the front lobby. This was the night of the eclipse, so I give them grace for being so busy! But for a hotel with that many rooms I think they need to improve their breakfast.

Yucky. Would not recommend.

Disliked: The rooms were dingy and dirty. The breakfast buffet was promoted as bring from 6-10am. We went down at 9 to find overflowing trash, empty food containers, no coffee. It was horrible.Hard to trust the Wyndham brand anymore.
