You get what you pay...

Liked: Good location.
Disliked: No ramp for wheelchairs or people who have difficulty navigating steps.??No one at front desk; you had to call him and wait for him to walk over from his house. Appliances very slow and outdated. Thermostat was fixed at one temp. There was a small space heater, which took over 30 minutes before it gave out any discernible heat. Bed not comfortable, with very hard, flat pillows. Oh, and you get the treat of listening to toilets flush and showers being used throughout the night.?

Liked: The staff were very personable, friendly, and helpful. The place is a little older but well kept, clean, and nice view of the Bay. Shirley (1 owner) recommended Side Door Saloon for eating and it was a fabulous recommendation! The housekeeper quickly helped me replace a burnt out bulb. And Vern (other owner), was funny when I checked out. I would stay here again in a heart beat! Love that the special path (Wheelhouse?) is right across the street. Too cold for my bike this time but would definitely bring when warmer.
Disliked: I never did figure out how to turn on the heat but I stayed warm enough.
