You get what you pay for.

Liked: The people that work there.
Disliked: The room had a few things not working.

Not quite worth the price. Their beds are too stiff as are the pillows. However if they add egg crates to the bed that will help out a lot. Staff was nice and helpful. Couldn't figure out how to get the shower running and the girl came up immediately rather than explain it over the phone. It's location is within walking distance of the harbor. I would recommend the hotel if they get better beds and lower the price a little.

Liked: Very friendly staff. Very clean room.
Disliked: Bed was a bit too stiff. Only decaf coffee packets.

The hotel was nice. The TV and the phones didn't work in our room and nothing was done to remedy that. That was the only negative thing about my stay.

You could negotiate parking into contract. I was initially put in a room with a leak in the sink spilling on to the floor. I was moved to a much nicer room immediately, happy about that. Hotel staff are such nice and sweet folks. Quality Inn needs to step it up and do some cosmetic modifications in housekeeping. Breakfast - orange juice and apple juice were spoiled. Otherwise it was OK.

Liked: Good, kind, dedicated staff.
Disliked: Hotel management could do a much better job of cleaning this place up.

Sheets were dirty. Bathroom not clean. This place was a hole.

Disliked: Absolutely.

Very Good - 4 out of 5

Nancy, Philadelphia, visiting Rams Head Live! Thu, 23 May 2013

I got what I paid for - a cheap room to crash in after seeing a concert at Ram's Head Live. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the free breakfast included waffles, cereal, donuts (so that made me happy). The room was very clean, except the bathroom floor was a little dingy.

Liked: Good location.

Erin, Earleville Tue, 21 February 2012

In general it was a nice hotel, although the rooms were small and it was hard to find parking. It was mostly quiet which was suprising because we stayed on a Saturday night. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Rooms were pretty clean however our sink was broken and we could hear it dripping all night long.

Liked: Friendly staff; clean rooms; convenient location.
Disliked: Small room; leaky sink; hard to find parking.
