It was ok

Liked: Bed very comfortable and nice view towards the sea over roof tops. Easy parking. Helpful regarding access to room early
Disliked: Not warned abt stairs and needed help. Fushia not cut back so dangerous exit onto road. No lounge. Limited place to hang clothes. Twin beds rather narrow for other occupants.

Liked: The staff were genuinely welcoming - a great feeling on arrival. The room was spotlessly clean and really spacious. Breakfast was delicious.

Great for a short stay.

Liked: Attentive staff and contemporary furnishings and decor.
Disliked: Nothing

Liked: Welcoming host and friendly staff. Well appointed room. Cool little toiletry bottles and clean bathroom. Shower hot and plenty of it.

Pleasant stay in small hotel.

Liked: Breakfast was ok, small hotel so not extensive continental breakfast.
Disliked: Soundproofing in rooms not great. Wooden floors meant you heard chairs scraping when being moved.

Superb

Liked: Balcomie Hotel was great, beds comfortable, clean, tidy, staff welcoming, breakfast a delight.
Disliked: Stay was too short!!!!
