Thumbs up

Liked: A lovely little mid-terrace cottage with a cute patio garden. The facilities were great for self-catering and it was just a short drive to Sherborne. If a relaxed countryside escape is what you're looking for this is a great spot.
Disliked: The only minor gripe was the shower was more of a trickle than a shower, but the bath was a lovely size so not the end of the world!

Good

Liked: Location was good.
Disliked: The kettle was so scaled up you couldn't open it, it needs replacing. The property smelt damp and was wet under the stairs. Note outside needs a jet wash to re over moss and bird droppings.

Exceptional

Liked: The delicious cake on arrival and milk on arrival with the log burner made up to light. The cottage was so cosy and well equipped and was a great location to use as a base. Also bought the honey which looked lovely.
Disliked: There was nothing to dislike but here are some suggestions for minor improvements; I think it would be brilliant if there was a compost bin for veg waste, a token washing tablet for the washing machine and information about local dog walks on the door step. Perhaps some black out curtains would be good for the front bedroom to keep out the car head lights and a few more DVDs would be welcomed too.
