Liked: The property is dirty and messy when you arrive, and the customer service is of low quality. My friends were there one night for a conference. Their ages were 35, 45, and 43. They went there because it was next to the Marriott hotel where they had the conference. The age wasn't a problem. That's why I booked one night before my flight to Melbourne. I went to the property one day before to pay and also check the quality. They offered me a dirty room, claiming everything was booked, then said they only had one bed in a shared room. I paid for the night, and the reception never asked me for any documents or information, so I assumed everything was fine because my friends had been there before. The next day, when I arrived at the property, a rude guy who claimed to be the manager looked at me and told me I was not welcome because of my age. I was totally surprised because I saw many older guys around 50 years old sleeping at the property and drinking beers. I continued complaining to him, and he started speaking Spanish, which people didn't understand, adding to his lies and bad service. I called Booking because I've been traveling around the world for 20 years, and it was never a problem with age, especially since I was only going to sleep there for 24 hours before my flight. The guy from Colombia told me he was a manager, but he was only a supervisor and lied about his work position. That night, I was totally in shock because my friends had been sleeping there three weeks ago, which is why they booked the place for me. It's a terrible experience showing the poor quality and service of this place. It's also dirty, and they're selling alcohol. I have pictures of the guys sleeping there; they were around 50 years old, and another guy was sleeping in a shared room on the second floor.
