We appreciated the staff and...

Liked: The reception lady was one of the most welcoming I have ever met. The location made for very easy in and out.
Disliked: The breakfast was very disappointing. I expected scrambled eggs, waffles and oatmeal. What was offered were tiny sausage McMuffins, yogurt tins, bananas and granola type bars. The second day we did not bother for a second disappointment and instead just drove half a block down the street for McDonalds and the real sausage McMuffins.

Need to invest in more...

Liked: Nice breakfast
Disliked: We were in a room designed for 4 people but it was only stocked with two sets of towels which were on the small side to begin with. We asked for more and were told they did not have extra wash rags. How does a hotel not have enough of those at 5 pm when everything should have been washed from that morning? This is why I rated overall experience "good" versus "excellent "
